Cotolà is our way of reinventing the cutlet.
We are Stefano, Daniele and Lorenzo, three partners and friends brought together by a passion for food, conviviality, and a desire to innovate.
In Bologna, where tradition meets creativity, we created Cotolà: a place that celebrates the classic cutlet with a street food twist. After countless attempts, recipes and experiments, we gave shape to our ideas and that’s how Cotolà was born: crispy on the outside, delicious on the inside, served in a unique "U" shape that makes it perfect to enjoy while strolling through the city or relaxing on your sofa.
